  There were many Provincial n.g. railways in Henan area.
Chao-Qi line (Between Chaoyanggou and Qixian) was one of them.

Yujian Railway was established in 2011 to purchase a part of the line (38.8 km) and to operate a scenic steam train.

As of the end of May ,2016, about 20 km section of track has been already repaired.

They are constructing some facilities, for example, shops and platforms.
